Every day for one week you receive a focused email on the theme of being seen. Each email comes with tasks and exercises for the day. Anna will share her guided meditation and the tools she uses.

A WhatsApp group where participants connect, share, and support each other. You will be invited to share your thoughts, insights, and questions. A reminder that you do not have to do the work alone.
