Digital products — one-time purchases
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the date of purchase.
Loss of withdrawal right: In accordance with § 356 (5) BGB, the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the fourteen-day period if:
we have begun to provide the digital content, and you have expressly agreed that we begin delivery before the withdrawal period ends, and you have acknowledged that your right of withdrawal expires with the start of delivery.
By completing your purchase and accessing the content, you confirm these conditions. Once access has been granted, no refund is possible.
Subscriptions and membership plans
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as stated at checkout). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account or contact us at hello@theopencorner.co. We will confirm the cancellation by email.
Exceptions and special circumstances
While we are legally not obligated to issue refunds for digital products once access has been granted, we handle each case individually. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the content and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we will issue a full refund.
For all other requests, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@theopencorner.co and briefly describe your situation.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Consequences of withdrawal
If a valid withdrawal is submitted, we will refund all payments received from you within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used at checkout.
